It all started with our founding team uniting around a simple goal: to support frontline workers to find their perfect job where they could excel.

Guided by the principles of Employer Branding, we wanted to match like-minded employers and employees and help them build a workplace grounded in mutual respect.

Through our work we strive to create workplace experiences that work for the frontline workforce.
Vision
Our first product launched in May 2024, with a strong focus on helping businesses to hire the right people into their frontline team. We understand that business success comes from having great people in your camp, people that align to your company culture.  When teams are happy, aligned and humming, they will deliver experiences that customers won't forget. That's great for business and great for company culture too.

Our product will evolve but our mission remains constant: we exist to make work a great place to be for frontline teams.

Bruce Mackenzie  

CEO & Founder

Bruce is the Founder of rikta. He has spent his life's work solving HR problems for the Frontline Workforce, founding amazing businesses, POSPro, Time Target and Humanforce, where his primary focus was ensuring frontline workers were at the right location, at the right time for their shift.

Now he’s focusing his energy on bringing the ‘right people’ into our client’s businesses. Bruce brings the ‘rikta vibe’ to the office and above all is focused on building the awesome rikta company culture and a brand that great people want to work for.

Yury can develop a product faster than anyone else we know and loves nothing more than educating the team on new technology breakthroughs and AI jokes.

Yury is often happiest working through the night to deliver new features, making him the hardest worker on the team.
